The math is simple. One side spent almost $200 million and filed 80+ complaints. It didn’t need to win any case. Not one. It only needed legal bills to arrive and lawyers to decide the fight wasn’t worth it. Klingenstein’s point is that the Right kept showing up to a war as if it wasn’t a war. Now there’s a law firm, a leader and a price tag. Jeff Clark has been arrested, investigated three times by Congress and dragged through five years of bar bullshit over a letter that was never sent. He’s still standing - and now he’s recruiting.
The only question now is whether a few good lawyers will answer the call. Personally? I think a few more heroes will emerge.

It is beyond shameful how weak and cowardly the Right has been in defending against these flagrant abuses of the legal system, and so many other outrageous attacks against the people by the Left. It is truly pathetic.
Barely anyone one fought for us against the govt during Covid while they deprived us of countless of our Constitutional rights.
Every last one of these demonic Democrats should be disbarred and locked up for the pain and indescribable suffering they have wrought, starting with Norm Eisen and Marc Elias. The list is looong.
