Strzok’s order to keep CROSSFIRE RAZOR open revealed the criminal intent behind Flynn’s targeting. They would use surveillance of his official duties to manufacture process crimes.
“Don’t close RAZOR,” Strzok commanded the field office.
“Sir, there’s no evidence of wrongdoing,” the supervisor replied.
“These Kislyak calls are a problem,” Strzok explained, “we’re keeping RAZOR open.”
Flynn’s crime wasn’t collaboration with Russia. His crime was knowledge of surveillance operations that could expose the entire conspiracy if he became National Security Advisor.
