In FBI headquarters, the inner circle quietly celebrated their successful targeting of Flynn while planning expanded operations against other administration officials that might discover the plot.

The Obama administration’s insurance policy had claimed its first major victim.

The text exchange between Page and Strzok about the F-302 form was smoking-gun evidence of evidence falsification. They were retroactively altering interview notes to criminalize truthful answers.

“Is Andy good with F-302?” Page texted, referring to the official interview report that would determine Flynn’s fate.

“Launch on f 302,” Strzok replied, his response revealing that McCabe had approved the falsification.
