Top 20 Insanities DOGE revealed in 2025
People Will Die If We Don't Fund Egyptian Tourism Ads
Ladies and gentlemen, we did it before and we’re doing it again.
DOGE is still operating. It’s just not as visible with the departure of high-profile advocates like Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy.
So gather ‘round and behold this year’s Official Pageant of Governmental Fraud. What follows is a Top 20 countdown of federal spending so baffling, so gloriously disconnected from reason, that one can only assume the nation’s checkbook is being balanced by a raccoon with a bleeding head injury. Strap in.
#20 – Behold: $1.4 million so a troupe of professional onlookers could stand around the
Department of Education watching folks sort mail. Not improve it, not measure it — just observe, like it was some majestic migration of swallows.
#19 – And because one mail‑watching spectacle wasn’t enough, we shelled out $1.5 million for another group to marvel at mail sorting over at the Department of Energy. America: where even envelopes have a fan club.
#18 – Next up: $2.7 million for Russian cats on treadmills. If you ever wondered how
taxpayer dollars could be used to improve international feline cardio, wonder no more.
#17 – Then the Department of Education spent $3 million proving their last ignored report was still being ignored.
#16 – $4.6 million to coordinate Zoom and in‑person meetings. Because apparently the Department of Education needed a concierge to schedule Zoom calls.
#15 – USAID tossed $6 million toward Egyptian tourism. That’s right: while Americans save pennies for gas, we’re out here helping Egypt book more vacationers.
#14 – $9 million for a “gender consultant” in Central America. Nobody’s quite sure what they consulted, but the money evaporated faster than light.
#13 – $17 million spent advising Liberia on its tax code — an admirable act of charity, unless you’re one of us Americans still trying to understand IRS instructions.
#12 – $19.5 million for broadcasts into Iraq, Libya, and Chad — a relic of the Cold War kept alive purely out of nostalgia. Like keeping carrier pigeons “just in case.”
#11 – $33.2 million on transgender monkey studies. That’s the entire sentence.
#10 – $59 million in unemployment checks sent to citizens claiming to be 115 years
old. Either we’ve discovered a scientific breakthrough — or Democrats are stealing again.
#9 – FEMA had $59.3 million quietly detoured into New York City hotel rooms for migrants. Eventually clawed back, but only after the nation collectively yelled, “Excuse me?!”
#8 – $69 million in unemployment benefits paid to “future babies.” Yes — unborn recipients. The bureaucracy has achieved time travel, but only for your tax dollars.
#7 – The Pentagon misplaced $80 million into “non‑mission fluff,” proving that even the world’s mightiest military cannot defeat its own paperwork.
#6 – The Department of Energy spent $100 million on DEI trainings — enough money to build a small power plant, but instead devoted to lectures on how White males are the root of all evil.
#5 – $170 million in military gear destroyed by storing it worse than a teenager’s laundry. Tanks for the memories!
#4 – $254 million in unemployment benefits for toddlers under five. If your preschooler is filing claims, we may have bigger issues than fraud.
#3 – The DOD built an HR IT system that ran 780% over budget at a casual $280 million.
Somewhere, a contracting executive is laughing on his yacht that just docked in the Greek islands.
#2 – HUD “misplaced” $1.9 billion. Misplaced! As if money that could pave a small state just slipped behind the couch cushions.
#1 – And the grand champion: $516 billion spent on 1,264 expired, defunct, fossilized government programs. Half a trillion dollars shoveled into the graveyard of bureaucracy. No wonder the Uniparty attacked DOGE so fervently.
And there you have it: twenty shining examples of why the interest on the national debt exceeds the Department of War’s budget.
And given what DOGE has uncovered in less than a year, my question remains:
What in the actual hell is the role of an Inspector General?
It’s here! All 40 chapters of The Illustrated Spygate are online. Paid subscribers will receive a free e-book before Christmas.
Ever wonder how the Ukraine impeachment hoax unfolded? You won’t believe the true sordid tale.
Top 20 Times WikiLeaks Proved Conspiracy Theory was Conspiracy Fact
WikiLeaks is an international non-profit founded by Julian Assange in 2006. Its stated mission: promoting transparency and accountability by publishing classified or sensitive documents leaked from governments and other firms.

😡 the rage these fill me with is inexpressible!
And no one will even be held accountable.
I truly wish the American people could just fire the entire Federal government and start from scratch, though human nature and politics being the poisonous cocktail it is, nothing would probably change.
THIS ONE though, from your February list, has to take the absolute cake and not so much as a peep about it since it was revealed.
Outrage doesn’t even come close to what this fills me with:
$4.7 Trillion Untraceable Treasury Payments (2025)
DOGE’s Treasury audit flagged $4.7 trillion in payments lacking tracking codes, a finding from February 18, 2025.
$4.7 trillion could pay for a lot of nice things.
