Eight senators were also secretly — and illegally — wiretapped by Jack Smith’s jihad.

Boasberg’s actions included approving nondisclosure orders that hid the Biden administration’s effort to seize Senators communications records. For example, Senator Ted Cruz’s phone data was surveilled under “Arctic Frost”. The order gagged AT&T from alerting Cruz for a year. Justification: “possible evidence tampering.”

Except there was none. No evidence. No threat. No logic. Just raw abuse of power.

In fact it appears Boasberg violated federal law — 2 U.S.C. §6628 — which forbids gag orders on Senate communications and requires immediate notice to the chamber. It’s a simple Separation of Powers issue.

That notice never came. Because Boasberg doesn’t believe in Separation of Powers, or the Constitution.

The Senate was blindsided. As Sen. Cruz said: “Zero evidentiary basis. This order is an abuse of power.”

Appellate judges have previously rebuked Boasberg for overbroad nondisclosure orders that flouted the Stored Communications Act.

Even Democrat-appointed peers called his secret gag orders “improper” and “unprecedented.”
