The problem is there is no accountability for failure, gross abuse of power and priviledge. This can only be corrected, in my opinion, by the elimination of a professional political class through term limits, and strict penalities for the abuse of power or illegal use of it. This can be falcilitated by limiting taxation to a uniform 10% of total income without deductions. All institutions, corporations. charities. universities would be subject to this, no instituion would be above taxes.
Essential to this is the strict limitation of the judiciary and making them subject to accountability with severe penalties like death for legislating from the bench or making decisions based on drug induced dreams. See the Constitution's guarantee of aborption found between the right to sodomy and equality for child murderes.
Our Constitution is a mere piece of paper unless we treat our enemies as they treat us. For the squids who preach tolerance and compromise, I hope the weight of your chains is unbearable and that future generations use your names in the same way Hitler's and Stalins are used.
